If you have this issue, the easiest way to fix this is to click the blue "Refresh Inventory" button found in the "Amazon Inventory" tab of JoeLister. This will request that Joe (our system) re-crawl your Amazon Inventory and re-import the data. Data re-crawling should not take longer than twenty minutes (an hour max if you have thousands of items). Generally this should populate any content that was having issues.
