We cannot consider an order "ordered" until it has been fully paid for by your buyer. Until then, it will not show up in JoeLister, nor will we place the fulfillment order in Amazon.
Please first check the status of the payment of the item. Also, to lessen the possibility of doubly selling the item on Amazon while payment pends on eBay, make sure you've set your business policies to "require immediate payment" in your JOELISTER_PAYMENT_PROFILE.
If the payment has cleared yet the sale is still not appearing in JoeLister after a couple hours, please write into support with:
1) Your JoeLister account email address
2) The eBay item ID
3) Screenshot of payment clearance
4) The URL of the order page on eBay, so we can pull the transaction ID from it
