This error message typically occurs due to a scraping issue that prevents required product information from being successfully imported from Amazon. After 24 hours, try listing the item again to allow product information to be brought in and updated. If this error message occurs after trying to list the item again, please contact support.
After the initial import JoeLister will only update quantity and pricing.
So, outside of any edits you make, your item within Amazon Inventory tab will appear much as it did during the initial import to JoeLister.
If you do make major changes to a product on Amazon, then you must re-import the product on JoeLister to reflect the new updates.
Check the left column box on the item(s) you wish to re-import to activate the bulk actions drop-down menu. Then select "Re-Import Selected."
If you wish to update only the product images for any item(s), then select "Update Images" after checking the item(s) in the left-most column:
Refresh Inventory After
After selecting the action from the drop-down menu, first click "Apply Action" and then "Refresh Inventory" to bring in the updated details for your item(s).
